TimeTracker - Time Entry
Keeping accurate accounting of hourly employee’s time in and out is critical to ensuring a company does not expend itself financially. JVA has developed TimeTracker as a way to help businesses manage hourly employees. TimeTracker can also be used to integrate with most any financial package allowing the finance department to capture personnel costs associated with a person, department, or business unit.

TimeTracker is a web-based tool which allows resources to book their time ‘in’ and ‘out’ in units of time measured in tenths of an hour.

Inherent to TimeTracker are workflow features including the ability to route timesheets to specified approvers. Should a timesheet not meet with the approvers expectations the timesheet is then re-routed back to the resource to make corrections. Once the timesheet has been approved it is then submitted to either the Human Resources or Financial department for further processing.

JVA’s TimeTracker allows you to:

  • Easily and efficiently track your employee time.
  • Manage your time & attendance data and employee profiles.
  • Eliminate buddy punching.
  • Make employee scheduling a breeze.
  • Reduce the headaches and time associated with payroll.

We would appreciate an opportunity to talk with you in depth about TimeTracker and how we can work together. Please go to Request a Call Back and we will contact you promptly.
